We’re Jennifer and Boy, living and working in Piemonte. After years of managing complex restorations in the Netherlands and leading large-scale projects, we now dedicate our expertise to helping others create homes here in Italy – without the stress, miscommunication, or aesthetic compromises that often arise when you’re managing a renovation from abroad.

From Confusion to Cohesion
When a client asked us to review their third-floor layout, the geometra’s plan showed large, disconnected rooms, maybe impressive in size, but without clear purpose or flow. The floor felt more like unused potential than a welcoming guest space.
We reimagined the entire level, giving each area a role and a reason to exist.
The new plan introduced two generous guest suites, each with a private bathroom, a hidden workspace overlooking the vineyards, and a shared living area with a pantry that can also serve as an additional guest room.
The result is a space that finally feels intentional, calm, connected, and full of light.
It captures what our clients had always imagined but couldn’t articulate: a place where their guests feel at home and every detail serves a purpose.
